Nova Post, the international brand of Nova Poshta, has announced a new partnership with UPS to enable parcel and document deliveries from the United States to Ukraine.
Customers can now send documents and parcels weighing up to 30 kg from more than 6,000 UPS Store locations across the U.S. The nearest drop-off point can be selected via Nova Post’s website or mobile app.
The United States has become the 17th country outside Ukraine where Nova Post operates. Estimated delivery time to Ukraine starts from 7 days.
How to send a parcel from the U.S.
The shipping process includes:
- Register online and receive a 15% discount on delivery
- Create an international shipment via the website or mobile app
- Pay using a convenient payment method
- Receive a unique QR code
- Pack your shipment and bring it to a UPS Store location
- Present the QR code to the operator and hand over the parcel
Insurance and pricing
Insurance is included in the shipping cost for parcels valued up to $150. For shipments exceeding $150, a minimum 0.5% insurance fee applies. In case of force majeure, the company guarantees full reimbursement of the declared value.
Shipping rates from the U.S. to Ukraine:
- Up to 1 kg — $25
- Up to 2 kg — $30
- Up to 5 kg — $50
- Up to 10 kg — $80
- Up to 20 kg — $150
- Up to 30 kg — $200
Expansion plans
According to Viacheslav Klymov, co-owner of the NOVA group, the partnership with UPS is a strategic step to strengthen the company’s position in the U.S. market.
Nova Post plans to reduce delivery times to 5 days, expand its service portfolio, scale up door-to-door delivery, and open franchise branches in major U.S. cities.
