Record Special Confiscation

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has enforced a court ruling on the special confiscation of over UAH 2.8 billion linked to the Russian online casino PIN-UP. This is stated in the Agency’s message.

Where the Funds Went

  • UAH 2.0 billion in military bonds — for early repayment and reduction of Ukraine’s public debt.
  • UAH 825 million to the state budget — including UAH 217 million in income generated while managing the seized assets.

Impact for the State

Thanks to the joint efforts of ARMA and the State Bureau of Investigation, the funds seized in 2024 were not only preserved but also used to:

  • support Ukraine’s economy,
  • strengthen the Armed Forces,
  • reduce the state’s debt burden.

Overall Results in 2025

Since the beginning of the year, ARMA has already transferred UAH 6.8 billion to the state budget from the management of seized assets.

Billions confiscated from the aggressor now work for Ukraine. Every hryvnia is transformed into weapons, economic stability, and the strengthening of the state.
